Bishar is a grant and climate change specialist with over 10 years of experience in grants management, climate change adaptation, and disaster risk reduction (DRR). He is currently pursuing a PhD in Climate Change and Governance at the University of Leeds, UK. He holds a Master’s degree in Climate Change and Development from the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from EARTH University in Costa Rica. Throughout his career, Bishar has led and supported multimillion-dollar grant portfolios and climate-related programs across Africa and beyond. He has worked with prominent international organizations including the World Bank, the International Rescue Committee (IRC), and TIA Kenya. His work focuses on climate resilience, good governance, and sustainable development through effective grant management and strategic partnerships.
Lubna is a Financial and Human Resources Administrator with a strong background in payroll, budgeting, employee support, and compliance. Lubna is passionate about creating smooth and efficient processes that balance financial accuracy with people-focused HR solutions. Known for her approachable nature, attention to detail, and organizational skills, Lubna enjoys supporting both teams and management in achieving sustainable growth.”
Rahma Mohamud is an accomplished Project Manager at No Child Left Behind, bringing over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, organisational management, and strategic operations across both the private and development sectors. She plays a central role in driving the company’s projects, ensuring operational efficiency, resource mobilisation, and stakeholder engagement for sustainable impact. Before joining No Child Left Behind, Rahma served as Managing Director of Rayfa Construction Company, where she successfully oversaw enterprise-wide decision-making, business growth, and team leadership for more than a decade. Her earlier career at the Kenya Red Cross and NIC Bank equipped her with solid expertise in administrative operations, credit management, and customer relations—skills she continues to apply in delivering high-quality results in complex project environments. Rahma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Conflict and Disaster Management. She has also undertaken specialised training in customer service, financial management, and governance, further enhancing her capacity to lead diverse teams and implement effective strategies. Known for her integrity, strategic thinking, and people-centred leadership, Rahma is deeply committed to advancing inclusive development, ethical governance, and resilience in every project she leads. Guyo Harro Elle serves as a Field Officer at No Child Left Behind, where he plays a key role in implementing community-based initiatives, coordinating field operations, and supporting the organisation’s mission of inclusive development. He brings hands-on experience in procurement and logistics, ensuring that resources are efficiently managed and programs are delivered effectively at the grassroots level. Before joining No Child Left Behind, Guyo worked as a Procurement Officer at Elle Logistics, where he gained valuable expertise in supply chain processes, vendor management, and procurement planning. His background in logistics equips him with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, which he applies in his current role to strengthen field operations and stakeholder engagement. Guyo is currently pursuing a diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management at Mount Kenya University (MKU), complementing his practical experience with academic knowledge in supply chain systems, strategic sourcing, and inventory management. With his growing expertise in procurement and his commitment to community-driven impact, Guyo is dedicated to advancing No Child Left Behind’s vision of creating sustainable and equitable opportunities for all.
